    Leg building, shredding, and mobility for 45 minutes! Equipment: dumbbells and bands

  • Session 8: SUPER FREAK

    Episode 2

    Fullbody session! 36-minutes of fun, athletic movement!!! Equipment: bands and dumbbells. Handstand kicks and Crow poses included!

  • Session 9: HIIT ME UP

    Episode 3

    40 minutes of super heavy lifting followed by super sweaty HIIT! Equipment: dumbbells and bands, mat or ball needed for bench press.

  • CARDIO SESSION

    Episode 4

    Tabata-inspired cardio. 20 minutes total, only 9 minutes of work!!! No equipment needed.
