    36-minute Chest and Tricep session! Have your dumbbells, a band, and (optional) an exercise ball or bench.

  • SESSION 3: BACK DAY

    Episode 4

    Let’s strengthen your entire back! 45-minutes long, grab your heavy weights and a resistance band.

  • WEEK 1: STRENGTH TEST

    Episode 5

    Wanna see your strength potential? Grab your 2 challenging sets of dumbbells, a ball/bench/rolled up mat, and a band. Let’s challenge your resistance with these leg, chest, and back exercises.
