JUNE 4-WEEK CHALLENGE

This 4-week challenge is all about finding your inner coach and inner athlete! You will have the opportunity to see where you are starting by completing the Benchmark session, then challenge yourself every week by setting a new Benchmark with me! You'll be shocked at what you'll be able to do by week 4! There are 3 full sessions each week: 2 45-minute sessions and 1 30-minute Benchmark session.     45-minute back session! Equipment: a band

  • WEEK 1: 💩 IS GETTING REAL

    45-minute leg and core sesh! Fun, short circuits! Equipment: Dumbbells

  • WEEK 2: PUSHING MYSELF

    45-minute Chest and Shoulders! Equipment: Dumbbells, band, recommended ball or rolled mat, wall

  • WEEK 2: MILLIONS OF PEACHES

    45-minutes working your low back, glutes, and hammies! Equipment: Heavy DBs or a band.

  • WEEK 2: BENCHMARK SESSION

    This 30-minute session builds on from last week’s benchmark session. Just try and see, that’s the theme of today! Try a few reps, get a little lower, a little faster, go a little heavier…just try and see. You’ll surprise yourself with how much you can actually do! Equip: dumbbells

  • WEEK 3: HUSTLE & FLOW

    45-minute HIIT and Mobility session meant to drive you to new skills! Equip: dumbbells, a band, yoga blocks optional

  • WEEK 3: TOP OF THE POPS

    Upper Body only! Equipment: Dumbbells or anchor, bands

  • WEEK 3: BENCHMARK SESSION

    Mod up where you can, but listen to your body! Equipment: dumbbells

  • WEEK 4: ALL ABOUT THAT BASE

    Work your entire lower body in 45 minutes! Equipment: DBs, bands, optional Kettlebell

  • WEEK 4: GONE IN 60 SECONDS

    EMOM full body, cardio-forward! Low-impact mobility to round it out. Equipment: dumbbells, bands and a wall!

  • WEEK 4: BENCHMARK SESSION
