Eight weeks of shredding, salty goodness! Each week, challenge yourself with strength-building, HIIT, and mobility sessions. 3 full sessions each week (30-45 minutes), a bonus 7-minute core session, and 8 PDF workouts designed to accompany you to the gym to get in some effective, heavy lifting targeting a certain body part each week! The goal is to push your strength and shred the calories by moving athletically!
