Do you recommend taking these supplements in conjunction with a diet that supports healthy gut microbiome?
I used probiotics over a decade ago before I understood how fiber was truly the source of building my gut. They did help my symptoms. But now I just rely on fiber from food sources. They probably won’t hurt to take them, but at some point you’re paying money for something you could get from foods. *personal opinion*
I do swear by this supplements for over 40 years, so important, gut health is everything ;)
