Just finished the latest back release! I really have never used bands before consistently so learning go back and forth between dumbbells and bands is really fun and challenging! Those back stretched and mobility was amazing! All of it! Your workouts are always challenging efficient, quick and i learn something usually with each one! I may just move on the lower body one ....thanks! Y’all have a great day!
