Love the app, Jenny! Very clear pics and easy to navigate! I did session 19 power chest strength video today and then moved to session 20 strength video and finished with the other 2 session 20 videos! I focused on pushing those lunges (thanks for reminder) for agility and keeping my butt down and shoulders over wrists with those mountain climbers. It was a super fun session all around! Thank you!!
