Elida I did a beast mode this morning, too!! It was so great! I added in a strength chest/leg one (I think session 13)- It was like 50 min of amazingness and I feel so great all day since then! So much energy! I like that its one that is a benchmark, too. So we can go back at somepoint and see how much stronger we have become! Love love love these workouts- I want to do like 3 sessions a day but my body is like, "girl, you good, simmer!" hahahaha!! Have a great day!
