Included are the full 36-minute training sessions laid out in my program, or 12-minute mini sessions that allow you to build your own 12, 24, or 36 minute sessions. These mini sessions are focused on strength training, HIIT, or mobility. Stop working out, “start training like a mother.”
I have been a fan of your style of creating quick workouts with minimal equipment for many months now (working out at home anyone? :) What I've been doing since signing up for Get Salty is taking your strength and power, and your agility and endurance sections, then adding in some additional cardio HIIT for 12-20 minutes (think tabatas or EMOM) before coming back to the flexibility portion. On days I want a little more cardio burn this is just the ticket and I'm still done in under an hour! Really loving the training style change for me personally. Totally recommend that people do like you say and make the sessions her own by listening to what her body needs each day and mixing the pieces to fit. Love it! Thanks for making it so easy! Kathleen! I love this so much! My vision was to provide full coaching for those that needed that at their point in their journey, and to also give a creative opportunity to build sessions for someone like yourself that is at a more advanced point in their fitness! I just wanted to let you know that I really liked the Heavy HIITer session and the Beast Lower body session. I would love to see more workouts like these in the future. I'm really looking forward to tomorrow's live session as well since the Wednesday night sessions have not worked out for me with my schedule. See you tomorrow via Zoom!

As for the lives, I’m going to start doing more of the full incorporated HIIT and strength interval training, followed by mobility like Heavy HIITer. So, look forward to that!

HI! I just finished session 8 booty and hamstrings (I know im behind but want to do them all, lol). Hamstrings on fire! I loved how had us moving while you were demoing the moves! Love the pace and easy to follow instructions, and I cant wait to do the beastmode and heavy hitter after reading this thread. Ima have to start doing two a days to get catch up, lol! Thanks yall!!

I have to add that the Lunge day was great. I was sore in that glute/ham region like I haven't been in a while...awesome stuff! This week I pieced together an S&P session from a back day with the whole circuit from the Upper body day and had a complete upper body blast in under an hour. Again, great stuff! I've also pulled different moves from your agility sessions into my own HIIT/plyo sessions to mix things up so that no HIIT session is ever the same--gotta keep up the challenge to keep the body guessing! I've noticed improvement in my agility and endurance as well over the last 2 months-so yay!!!! Gotta keep making things harder...love it! Looking forward to seeing what the live session was last night--I was at work so no opportunity to join. Have a kicka$$ day!

I just believe (like I think you do from your posts) that we need to encourage other women and give positive feedback when it is well deserved. I love your positive outlook on body image, life approach, finding balance, and supporting others. Gotta give it back to ya so you know your hard work is appreciated!
Out of town this weekend with my girls and just did the heavy hitter!! Holy hell!! Loved the instruction to be explosive on those inch worms and the challenge to pop up on that one exercise with no hands! Not pretty but I could do a couple of them...felt so great to get through all that! And so great I have a great workout after wine with the girls last night!! 🙌🏻🙌🏻 Thank you!
