Included are the full 36-minute training sessions laid out in my program, or 12-minute mini sessions that allow you to build your own 12, 24, or 36 minute sessions. These mini sessions are focused on strength training, HIIT, or mobility. Stop working out, “start training like a mother.”
I am starting 2021 working at home, which means sitting in front of my computer more than I would like, these sessions and videos are a fantastic way to get a training session in or just fit in a quick physical break when I have a window of time I can squeeze a video in! Thank you for creating a system that allows for flexibility and results! Did I mention my mindset has shifted from “working out” to “training”?
