CORE+CARDIO TRACK SESSION 1
A quick cardio and core-focused track session! You’ll perform 4 track exercises, 30-50 yards or meters. After each individual exercise, you’ll jog back to start and when you’re ready, perform a full sprint for 30-50 yards or meters. I recommend 2-3 rounds at least. I’ve provided a screen shot towards the end that lists the exercises for quick reference.
