WEEK 1

7 Episodes

Each week you’ll receive sessions focusing on building strength in your upper and lower body muscles, plus another full session focusing on cardio, HIIT, agility, highly athletic movement. And a bonus mini session where you will follow a tutorial featuring progressions for a highly athletic skill of the week (think reverse burpees)! That’s 5 total 36-45 min sessions and a mini 15-20 minute skill session each week!

WEEK 1
  • ATHLETE-MAKER KICKOFF

    Episode 1

    Get ready for 45-minutes of a strength-building lower body session! Have bands and dumbbells available! We are going to failure, athlete!

  • STRENGTH, CARDIO, AND YOGISH

    Episode 2

    Full body for 36 minutes! Enjoy some strength exercises and a Vinyasa flow at the end, but shred it down during the 12-minute cardio set! Equipment: Dumbbells

  • BE LIKE MEAGAN

    Episode 3

    36-minute upper body sculpting session. Chest and Back, plus Core. Get ready to push and pull for strength! Equipment: dumbbells, a bang, and a ball/bench recommended.

  • AND SALTY I GOT

    Episode 4

    36-minute session focusing on cardio-heavy athletic movement! Core-burner for mobility. Dumbbells, heavy and very light.

  • MAMACITA CALIENTE

    Episode 5

    45-minutes of legs and back, strength, HIIT, and mobility! Plus core! Equipment: bands

  • LEG POWER: Balance and Flexibility

    Episode 6

    12 minutes of balance and range of motion. For those that are ready, progress to inversions!

  • Tutorial: Reverse Burpee

    Episode 7

    Follow the progressions starting from a sit-up all the way to a reverse burpee!
