The focus is on building strength through challenging your resistance! 45-minutes of lower body work. Equipment: heavy dumbbells and a chair or yoga ball. (Have your own music available as the volume goes out during the last few minutes, but continue to grind out the cardio section!)
This may be the toughest session to date! Chest, shoulders, and triceps. Emphasizing your ability to challenge your strength, you’ll also have mobility stretches and HIIT! Lots of arm work, too! Equipment: Dumbbells, bands, a wall, a chair, and ball is optional.

Chest and chest and chest! 45-minute push session! Equipment: dumbbells, bands, chair, yoga mat and yoga ball are recommended, too.
