Grab challenging dumbbells for chest press, a lighter band for triceps and lets push! Core work included for this 45-minute cardio-forward session. AMRAPs for days! Equipment: dumbbells, a band, a yoga ball or bench is recommended.
The focus is on building strength through challenging your resistance! 45-minutes of lower body work. Equipment: heavy dumbbells and a chair or yoga ball. (Have your own music available as the volume goes out during the last few minutes, but continue to grind out the cardio section!)
This may be the toughest session to date! Chest, shoulders, and triceps. Emphasizing your ability to challenge your strength, you’ll also have mobility stretches and HIIT! Lots of arm work, too! Equipment: Dumbbells, bands, a wall, a chair, and ball is optional.
